I just made a great cheesecake! Thanks to the recipe i got from This Old Gal's site ( https://thisoldgal.com/pressure-cooker-new-york-cheesecake/ ), I was able to create a fantastic cheesecake. Wonderful consistency, not too sweet, and was super easy to make.
